Dress up - Cricut Fair... Photo heavy!!!

So this has to be one of my favorite Cricut Circle magazine challenge thus far. While I love a good challenge this was no different. This challenge was to "dress up " and/or make a scene for  your little cricut vinyl guy/gals. Growing up I loved going to the local county fair. I was even lucky enough to join 4H for a season and won for my snicker doodle cookies.
I thought it would be so fun creating this and once I started I couldn't stop. I probably put in over 20+ hours (shhhh don't tell my hubby). I had tons of ideas and even had to start writing everything down.  To me a fair isn't complete without: Animals, Exhibits, Food, and the "Midway".

I will say dressing up a 3" cricut vinyl w/ a 1 x1 body was a CHALLENGE. I had to give up on making some of the paper outfits and went to vinyl to make it easier.

I won't bore you w/ all the details of each cut but I will say the cuts range from 1/4" to over 6" (w/ the barns, building, food trailer, Ferris wheel, tea cup ride, and fun house being 5 - 6").

I made a tractor complete with a moving "sled" to do a Cricut tractor pull.

I think the little farm animals from County Fair are so adorable. I loved making them. They all won 1st place for their animal class and some even took home a Best in show ribbon.

I remember at the county fair having a Ferris wheel, a tea cup style ride, a cool fun house, and the best bumper cars. These cars actually move on this display.

My cricut dress up includes:
A Cowboy (blue) - w/ chaps, and a cow boy hat, a hat ornament, and a Cricut buckle... (teehee)
A Cowgirl (red) with a  flowing skirt, and cowgirl hat
A Judge (White)   - A top hat, a ribbon, glasses, mustache, and tie  *** He's my favorite****
Fair goers - Green - eating a hot dog, and cotton candy
Fair goer - Purple - drinking a lemon aide shake up and eating a corn dog.
And lets not forget the Fair Queen - Pink - w/ a sash and eating pop corn.

I used some of the cuttle bug  and bug heads cuts from Cricut Everyday.

I used several different cartridges.

Hope you enjoy and
Happy Scrappin'
