So I bought some vinyl a few months ago and finally played with it.
Can I just say - I love this stuff. I ordered 4 colors, Red, Brown, Purple and Green.
Well I have been wanting to decorate my expression so I thought this was perfect.
I used - Cricut Everyday Cartridge - can I just say I am so happy that I joined the Cricut Circle (that was my special treat to me this year).
I love love love the Cartridge.
I used my Gypsy to help me to save some vinyl.
I cut the Cricuts at 3 1/2, 3, 2 1/2, 2 and 1" --I cut the smaller Cricuts inside the circle of the larger ones.
I had to play several times cutting I mean wasting the vinyl but I finally figured it out.
I used my Deep blade, settings at 3 Speed, 4 Pressure, and 4 Blade. It cut so nicely. I love it.
I cut the saying " LIVE LOVE SCRAP" from Cricut everyday and ye it is layered. That is cut at 3" - with the shadow function. I was going to us the saying, "Go Away Im Scrapping", but changed my mind.
The only thing difficult was the top hatch as it is "curved" and placement was a little tricky.
For all of you that are afraid I say, GO for it. It wasn't that bad. I probably wasted about 4" of the vinyl... So not bad.
Happy Scrappin'
