Oh my goodness talk about a fun challange this week over at <a href="http://swatscrapwarriorsadvancedtraining.blogspot.com/">http://swatscrapwarriorsadvancedtraining.blogspot.com/</a>. It's all about Happy Feet. I will say though I don't like showing my feet in photos. I will also admit I've never taken photos of just fee to scrapbook, however, a few months back I took a photo of my daughter playing dress up and jusdt loved how had on her little heels. It was just so sweet. Something about baby feet and little girls toes peeking out is just too cute. </div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
When I first saw this paper I knew EXACTLY what photos I was going to use. Let's just say I HAD to have this paper when I saw it. It's from Imaginisce and it's called Little Princess. I love the purple and the teal combo. I will also say I love the fun little patterned paper. </div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
The fun little rhinestones are from Queen & CO. The twinkle toes was cust on the cricut. The other paper is a purple glittler from Pow and Bazzill. </div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
I hope you enjoy and hope to see your project over at S.W.A.T </div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">

<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">

<div style="text-align: left;">
Welcome to Drill #33 fro S.W.AT. - <a href="http://swatscrapwarriorsadvancedtraining.blogspot.com/">http://swatscrapwarriorsadvancedtraining.blogspot.com/</a>. This weeks challenge is to make a layout using a SELFIE.</div>
<div style="text-align: left;">
</div>
<div style="text-align: left;">
To me it's actually funny because most people that know me know I don't own a cell phone and/or really am not into the whole Selfie thing. I can honestly say this is probably the 2nd "selfie" I've taking. I thought it would be a little fun to play around hence Selfie Fun.</div>
<div style="text-align: left;">
</div>
<div style="text-align: left;">
Oh and trust me I had to look up the meaning of Selfie and see if I could get away with making it from a regular digital camera. </div>
<div style="text-align: left;">
</div>
<div style="text-align: left;">
I was also personally challenged by a friend to use these fun little Queen and Company wood venners (the dress, butterfly, and purse). Ok so I made it fun. I added a few little arrows and a few flowers to just add to the page. I used the paper from Doodlebug. The stickers are also from Queen and Company. </div>
<div style="text-align: left;">
</div>
<div style="text-align: left;">
Hope you enjoy and can't wait to see what you all create for your Selfie page. </div>
<div style="text-align: left;">

<div align="left">
So last week I took a fun call from Queen & Co. at the Great Lakes Mega Meet. The class was called Washi Wonderland. Let's just say I have my FAIR share of Washi tape. My daughter who is 5 has just about as many as I do. (Shhhh don't tell her I borrow hers some times). </div>
<div align="left">
</div>
<div align="left">
The class was learning how to make a fun layout with Washi tape. I normally will add it for a little twist but I will say I also took the class to see what else I could do with WASHI tape. Well let's just say it fit perfectly with this weeks drill over at <a href="http://swatscrapwarriorsadvancedtraining.blogspot.com/">http://swatscrapwarriorsadvancedtraining.blogspot.com/</a>. This week's challenge was to make our OWN flowers. NO store bought flowers here. I used stripes of Washi tape folded them in half and then made loops and from the loops made flowers. </div>
<div align="left">
</div>
<div align="left">
The mat on for the photo is washi tape, the borders at the top is washi tape, and the circles in the middle also washi tape. The flowers have a fun brad in the left and a fun Queen &Co. flair flat back button on the center of the other. I added some Queen &Co. bling and the fun new sticker. </div>
<div align="left">
</div>
<div align="left">
I love all the fun colors of the washi tape so I wanted to keep my photo neutral so I used a black and white photo. </div>
<div align="left">
</div>
<div align="left">
Don't forget to make a layout, card or canvas making your own flowers and link them up over at S.W.A.T. </div>
<div align="left">
</div>
<div align="left">
Hope you enjoy. <br />

<br />
<br />
So this week's challenge/drill over at <a href="http://swatscrapwarriorsadvancedtraining.blogspot.com/">http://swatscrapwarriorsadvancedtraining.blogspot.com/</a> is to follow this color combo: <br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEheES40w52K3pM-S0AkvJh41qwFwrnF3hC1xIT_0S7xkrBni9rox09GDspuGv4w6b_2SW17wpzevTogC_oIiiVa18xvo5mcar73ftUsDbd_9KuKk_aBujROeJZWMhFiilOZe17RpKLY8L4/s1600/SWAT+Color+Combo.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEheES40w52K3pM-S0AkvJh41qwFwrnF3hC1xIT_0S7xkrBni9rox09GDspuGv4w6b_2SW17wpzevTogC_oIiiVa18xvo5mcar73ftUsDbd_9KuKk_aBujROeJZWMhFiilOZe17RpKLY8L4/s1600/SWAT+Color+Combo.jpg" height="233" width="320" /></a></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
Might I just say I think this color combo is so fun. I used Bazzill pearl paper for my pink and blue. </div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
I used just a basic black 12x12 paper for the 'back' ground. </div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
</div>
I recently was able to buy a new TOOL - those that know me know how much I adore my Cricut. I mean adore my Cricut machines. Recently they came out with a new machine called the Cricut Explore - well yes I had to have it. I love this machine - it will take an SVG file and cut it cuts so nice and smooth. I'm still "learning" my machine but from what I've found/done I think it will be a new favorite. <br />
<br />
I wanted to showcase my recent accomplishment I did. I ran - I mean walked my first 5k. It was a Martian marathon in MI - my daughter and hubby both ran too so I figured why not. While I didn't finish as fast as my hubby did (in under 24 minutes) I did it under an hour and I finished it!!! I thought this color combo was perfect match for this photo. <br />
<br />
I used the Explore to cut out the chevrons from the pink paper, title, and the shoes. Wow talk about small and detailed cuts. I added a few sequins, enamel dots, and a fun little wood veneer. <br />
<br />
Thanks for joining us today at S.W.A.T!!! <br />

So a few months back the ever so wonderful Emma from <a href="http://www.creativetimeforme.com/">http://www.creativetimeforme.com/</a> was hosting a DT call. I submitted several projects for her DT call using her wonderful stamps, and dies. I was not selected as a DT member but she did ask me to be a guest DT member. I was beyond thrilled that I was asked to be a guest DT. I have loved and supported Emma since she started her wonderful stamps. I have grown my collection of her stamps to an undisclosed number!!! I will say though they are some of my all time favorites. I absolutely love her stamps, dies and her EXCELLENT customer service. <br />
<br />
This past week it was Administrative Professionals day and at the school where I recently started working the secretaries have gone above and beyond. So I thought I would make this fun little card for them to thank them for all they do and have done for me and my family. <br />
<br />
I used some of my favorite paper collections and paired it w/ one of my favorite stamps from Emma. <br />
The paper is Doodlebug Springtime collection. <br />
<br />
The stamps are from the Once Upon a time. Let me tell you I love the cute little "type" set - very simple but yet it makes fun statement. I added a little twine, and a few little sequins and had this fun little card. <br />
<br />
OH I must say too - I couldn't just make those cards so I wanted to make a few more using one of my GO to stamps for quick and easy 3x3 cards. I love the cute little Small talk "frame" and made a few different cards with the sweet Birthday Buddies stamp set. I love the little Owl. I changed the sentiments and will give this little "set" to my daughter's teacher as a small token of my appreciation. <br />
<br />
I hope you enjoy these sweet card and wanted to THANK EMMA for allowing me to be a guest designer and showcase your products. <br />
<br />

<div style="text-align: center;">
Welcome to another drill/challenge over at <a href="http://swatscrapwarriorsadvancedtraining.blogspot.com/">http://swatscrapwarriorsadvancedtraining.blogspot.com/</a>. Oh and it's a fun one let me just tell you. While it suppose to be spring time it sure doesn't feel that way here in MI. We had 3" + of snow the other day setting the all time snowest season. So lets reel back in spring with a fun challenge. For this weeks challenge it is to create a layout using <strong>F.L.O.W.E.R</strong> <span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;"> </span></div>
<div style="text-align: right;">
<span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;"><span style="background-color: white; color: #333333; font-size: 14.44px; line-height: 20px; text-align: left;">You
will need to have a items starting with each letter of the word. Each item you
list, needs to represent a different part of your layout.</span></span><br /><span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;"><span style="background-color: white; color: #333333; font-size: 14.44px; line-height: 20px; text-align: left;"> (For
example, you can't use white ribbon then use White for W & Ribbon for
R.) </span></span></div>
<span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;"><span style="background-color: white; color: #333333; font-size: 14.44px; line-height: 20px; text-align: left;"></span></span><br />
<span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;"><span style="background-color: white; color: #333333; font-size: 14.44px; line-height: 20px; text-align: left;"><span style="color: black; font-size: small;">So without further ado here is my layout and my F L O W E R!!! </span></span></span><br />

<br />
So for this week's challenge over at <a href="http://swatscrapwarriorsadvancedtraining.blogspot.com/">http://swatscrapwarriorsadvancedtraining.blogspot.com/</a> is to play BINGO. I will say this challenge was so much fun. <br />
<br />
First I determined which way I wanted to play. So then once I figured out what row I just started playing around and finally came up with this fun layout. <br />
<br />
This is one of my favorite photos of my husband and I. It was taken a few months ago - in October before it was really cold here in MI. I will say I am in LOVE and I mean LOVE with this paper from Teresa Collins. It is called Daily Stories. (I will admit I used almost every single sheet in this collection on other projects). <br />
<br />
I love the soft pink/coral and the gray. <br />
<br />
I played B.I.N.G.O by completed the first vertical line - <br />
Buttons - <br />
Brads - <br />
Bling <br />
Blue <br />
Bow (I cheated I know I put a bow in my buttons) <br />
<br />
It was so much fun and I hope you join us over at S.W.A.T and play along. <br />
<br />
Thanks for stoppin <br />
<br />

<br />
I love a good challenge sketch layout and this site: <a href="http://paper-secrets.blogspot.com/2014/03/march-15th-sketch-challenge-lucky.html">http://paper-secrets.blogspot.com/2014/03/march-15th-sketch-challenge-lucky.html</a> is no different. They have fantastic challenges and so much fun. This challenge was to use this Sketch: <br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjix6eTpbxLOUod16o2MiuBV8hCOE1iX0t2-rwO0Cclgjim6C7Mm-IQKNnH1LntW5VZGfUPVu4itCOu6Of_Sc4MSMOtRLgBcCYaaMMU8gHXJKEMQg_Ef20L0PtSszRQhO3YkXE-85jbDsM/s1600/1557669_367440590065301_990626764_n.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjix6eTpbxLOUod16o2MiuBV8hCOE1iX0t2-rwO0Cclgjim6C7Mm-IQKNnH1LntW5VZGfUPVu4itCOu6Of_Sc4MSMOtRLgBcCYaaMMU8gHXJKEMQg_Ef20L0PtSszRQhO3YkXE-85jbDsM/s200/1557669_367440590065301_990626764_n.jpg" /></a></div>
<br />
<br />
<br />
There is a twist though - you have to use the word LUCKY in your challenge. <br />
<br />
I will sometimes just use a sketch as a base and build from it sometimes I like to follow the sketch. Well as you can see this time I followed the sketch and made a few small changes. <br />
<br />
Here are my items for LUCKY: <br />L - Lined patterned paper - by Imaginsice <br />
U - Uni ball gel pen <br />
C - Chalk <br />
K- Kid (yes she's my kiddo). <br />
Y- Yellow Cardstock <br />
<br />
I used the fun collection from Imaginisce Welcome Spring. I just loved this paper and these sweet little bunnies are adorable. I actually fussy cutted a set of bunnies and put some foam dots behind them for more dimension. <br />
<br />
Hope you enjoy ~<br />

</div>
So this weeks sketch over at <a href="http://swatscrapwarriorsadvancedtraining.blogspot.com/">http://swatscrapwarriorsadvancedtraining.blogspot.com/</a> was no twist just this sketch. <br />
<br />
For those that know me know I love sketches and using them as a base line. I sometimes will take an element, the design and other times I'll just "scraplift" it. This time I used some of the elements, and the design. I started out with the base part of the sketch - I looked at my papers and then I picked a photo. This photo happens to be of my little girl who was just a few months old here and was having her 1st Easter photo done. I just love the colors of the paper and the photo. On the flip side there was some slight damage on the photo so I had to "cover" it up. <br />
<br />

<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
I used the Echo Park Mini kit - Hippity Hoppy. I just loved these adorable little bunnies when I saw this paper. I knew I had to have it. The sentiments are actually a mix of Echo Park lines. (That's another great thing about Echo Park - most of the papers/stickers coordinate with each other). </div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
I used some Bazzill - pearl paper for the back ground, then I layered some of the Echo Park and then some more Bazzill paper. </div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
I love banners and use them allot on my projects. I actually took one of the journal blocks - that came w/ the paper and cut apart the EASTER banner. It already had little dots for that looked like stitching so I didn't add any twine but I did add some of my favorite pieces of bling from Queen & Co. </div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">

<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
Hope you enjoy my layout and hope to see you over at S.W.AT. for this months challenges. </div>

This week's project over at <a href="http://swatscrapwarriorsadvancedtraining.blogspot.com/">http://swatscrapwarriorsadvancedtraining.blogspot.com/</a> was to create layout our mixed media project. OK I will admit I struggle with mixed media. While I love the way it looks I've not ever really done lots of mixed media canvas projects. <br />
<br />
So I really put forth the effort to create a fun little mixed media canvas. I started knowing I wanted to incorporate this cute little lady - "Betty". Yes she's from the Julie Nutting doll stamps - and she's brand NEW. For the paper I used Echo Park - Sweet Girl collection. I had some extra just laying around and thought it would be perfect for what I wanted to do. <br />
<br />
I first painted the 8 1/2 x 11 canvas pink/ and white pearl. Then I applied a thin layer of mod podge and added the torn paper on top. <br />
<br />
For the Doll I used the Prima Tags (they fit these dolls perfectly). I also found that once I stamped the doll - I then keep her where she is and trace around the stamp. That way I can then cut her out. <br />
I paper pieced her using the Sweet Girl collection. <br />
<br />
The fun little hearts are wood veneers - from Cosmo Cricket charms. I also used some Studio Calico wood hearts. I colored them with Ink- a Gold from Viva Decor. I love love love this product. It's a bee's wax based but it's just so fun to smear it on. <br />
<br />
The saying is from the DCWV templates - I was totally in awwww when I found these the other day. I love the saying, " Be You" and thought it would be perfect. I used some gold Ferro from Viva Decor and smeared the paste on using a palette knife. <br />
<br />
I was having so much fun decorating this piece I couldn't stop. I added a few little arrows also using the Ferro. I then created a few small flowers and added them to the stash of flowers I had on hand. I added a few enamel dots, a couple of pins and of course some bling. <br />
<br />
I hope you enjoy and hope you play along with us over at <a href="http://swatscrapwarriorsadvancedtraining.blogspot.com/">http://swatscrapwarriorsadvancedtraining.blogspot.com/</a>. <br />
<br />

I recently was asked to join a different design team -since I have been following along and played along a few times I felt honored to be asked to join. I am now a member of <a href="http://swatscrapwarriorsadvancedtraining.blogspot.com/">http://swatscrapwarriorsadvancedtraining.blogspot.com/</a> design team (AKA S.W.A.T). I'm telling you these ladies are extremely talented and I'm truly thankful for this door opening to be apart of a great design team. </div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
I recently made this cute little fun tag using the Prima Doll stamps and also the Prima tags. They were made to be used with the fun little dolls. I just love them. On this project I used a newer product called Ferro - which is similar to Gesso but it's metallic. I loved how easy it was to use this product and also the pretty shimmer it has. I used the TH heart stencil for the back ground and then also used some fun paper from Fancy Pants. </div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
For my scrapbook layout I used Fancy Pants Be LOVED paper line I cut a "postage" stamp using my cricut machine. Then I added the fun little hearts and some wood hearts and pin. The adorable little tickets, and doodled hearts are out of the Ephemera Pack by Fancy Pants. I am in love with the fun little pins. I have a huge collection in my stash that I am just now using. I love them. </div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
I again applied some Ferro hearts to the corner and used a couple little stickers to add the date and saying. </div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
I hope you enjoy and a big shout out to the S.W.A.T team for accepting me to be apart of this amazing group. </div>

<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
So we all know how much I love a scrapbook challenge with a sketch. So over at <a href="http://3scrappyboys.typepad.com/">http://3scrappyboys.typepad.com/</a> they are having a challenge using the sketch above. I love sketches and using them as a starting point for layouts. </div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
This layout is using paper from Carta Bella - Homemade with love collection. I will admit when I first saw this paper I knew instantly I had to have it and wanted to make a fun layout with my daughter making her first gingerbread 'house' aka train. </div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
This has now become a fun family tradition. She loves making gingerbread houses and stuff. </div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
I used the basics for the sketch but added 3 photos however I used the paper stripes, and then the fun little epoxy stickers. I added a fun little heart paperclip from Webster's pages. I also used my cricut and cut the word Family Tradition from the Teresa Collins - cartridge - Sophisticated. </div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
I will say I love using my home printer to print these "wallet" sized photos. As you can see from the changes I added a few more photos - but still kept a little angle. </div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
The "journaling" is fun little words from My Minds eye. </div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
Hope you enjoy and </div>

So a few weeks ago Jen Starr was at my local Scrapbook store - Scrappy Chic in SE MI. Let's just say her class was packed full of fun and great tips. I learned about new products from Viva Decor - some which I just loved playing with during class. The theme for the album was suppose to be Christmas, however from what you can see I didn't make mine completely into a Christmas Album. I loved the colors and thought since I had a collection of Fancy Pants papers from my design team kit I'd finish the album using them. I loved the colors of the spine/covers on this album and they coordinated so well. <br />
<br />
Here is what I used: <br />
<br />
<div class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0in 0in 0pt;">
Fancy Pants – Happy Go Lucky – Gleeful</div>
<br />
<div class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0in 0in 0pt;">
Fancy Pants – Happy Go Lucky – joyful </div>
<br />
<div class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0in 0in 0pt;">
Bazzill </div>
<br />
<div class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0in 0in 0pt;">
Embellishment:</div>
<br />
<div class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0in 0in 0pt;">
Fancy Pants – Happy go lucky – Ephermera pack </div>
<br />
<div class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0in 0in 0pt;">
Webster’s pages – Heart and arrow paper clips </div>
<br />
<div class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0in 0in 0pt;">
Viva Décor – Pearl Ink a gold </div>
<br />
<div class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0in 0in 0pt;">
Viva Décor – 3d Stamp paint </div>
<div class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0in 0in 0pt;">
</div>
<div class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0in 0in 0pt;">
The class was allot of fun and as you can see we got our hands a little messy. </div>
<div class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0in 0in 0pt;">
</div>
<div class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0in 0in 0pt;">
Hope you enjoy and </div>

So this month <a href="http://www.scrappychiclivonia.com/">www.ScrappyChicLivonia.com</a> I was given some fun paper to work with of course it was Halloween and so I had to make something really fun with it. <br />
<br />
I had this project in my head as soon as I saw the fun 3D Wall art kit from Kaiser Craft. The wall art kit was suppose to be for making a 3D wall art poinsettia well I had other ideas as you can see. <br />
<br />
As part of my kit I received this fun paper from Bella Blvd. The paper line was Trick or Treat - No Brainer (Skulls on the front and stripes on the back) When I saw these fun skeletons I knew a "spooky" Halloween theme was in order. I wanted a little spooky but not SCARY - cause we all know I don't do SCARY. <br />
<br />
I covered the slates - with Bella Blvd Trick or Treat - No Brainer. The other paper used was from Doodlebug - Halloween Parade - Spooky spots. <br />
I used Black Shimmer for the backgrounds of each little cutie. <br />
<br />
The inside I wanted to be fun and oh not so scary. I used Create a Critter 2 cricut cartridge and cut the little Witch Turtle at 5". <br />
The Owl was cut at 2.5" <br />
The Ghost cut at 3" <br />
The broom and pumpkin at 2" <br />
The word Boo and back ground at 3.5" <br />
The spider webs cut at 2.75" <br />
The fences were cut 1.75" <br />
<br />
The fun little hinges were from TH - Ideaology (they come in a set of 4 - 2 large and 2 small). I kept the brads but cut the backs of them - I then hot glued them on. (Well My WONDERFUL hubby glued them on). <br />
<br />
When you open the slates it has the fun little cute witch, ghost, and owl. Whooo whoooo - isn't is just so sweet. I added an action wobble to the little ghost. <br />
<br />
I really had a blast making this fun little collage. <br />
<br />
If your ever in the SE MI area stop buy Scrappy Chic in Livonia MI - it's an AWESOME store!!! <br />
<br />
Hope you enjoy and <br />
Happy Scrappin' <br />

OH my how I've missed doing challenges!!! This week over at Peachy Keen Stamps blog they are hosting a color challenge. I needed to make a card for a baby shower I was going to so I thought the cute little duck die/stamp set I bought a few months back was perfect. After all the little one is hatching soon. :) My friends have elected not to find out the gender of the little one so I wanted to make a card that would fit either. <br />
<br />
<br />
Then I remembered seeing the color/photo insipration theme from PKS and thought this paper would be PERFECT!! It is Echo Park Paper called Hello Summer. I just love the fun pretty colors of this paper it's awesome. (So much I bought 2 paper packs). My inspiration from the photo was the colors and if you look carefully - you can see the plants (moving) teeehee just like my duckling. <br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEimUwzL_N8GROWElZLqbGTmbAXHmYl5XVPqiGkNi7ua0EfRI0oLX5km9ZSOlx5TD1YslHOSaES9LgX1uZQjjlPNxZNFVA3O2RcEEvgtdpmgecPF2NnhVxwZnJ2MxVLReMnahazEldZtABc/s1600/08+29+2013+006.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="266" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEimUwzL_N8GROWElZLqbGTmbAXHmYl5XVPqiGkNi7ua0EfRI0oLX5km9ZSOlx5TD1YslHOSaES9LgX1uZQjjlPNxZNFVA3O2RcEEvgtdpmgecPF2NnhVxwZnJ2MxVLReMnahazEldZtABc/s400/08+29+2013+006.JPG" width="400" /></a></div>
I used the Cottage Duck and Egg die set. (I must say love the fun little dies - w/ the face stamps). They are just as cute as can be. <br />
I also used the lawn fawn polaroid die for the back ground frame. <br />
<br />
The little duckling and put her/him on an action wobble. Just to make it more fun. <br />
<br />
The ribbon is from American Crafts. <br />
<br />

So I'm thankful that I finally have a camera to take photos of for the DCWV August Challenge. Whooo hooo. <br />
<br />
I will say in the past month I have bought 5 DCWV paper packs. Wow - but come on really they are just so beautiful. I made a few things -and can't wait to start using the Fall paper packs I bought. <br />
<br />
I bought this paper pack - Whimsical World for 1 reason and 1 reason only - the cute little lady bug paper!! I mean it's just adorable and my little one was just as cute as she could be dressed as a lady bug. <br />
<br />
I will admit though while I bought it for the 1 piece I do love the entire stack so I'll use it <br />
<br />
I used DCWV Whimsical World paper stack for both the card and the layout. <br />
<br />
The card is an A2 size card - and I used the Hexigon dies from Emma - <a href="http://www.creativetimeforme.com/">http://www.creativetimeforme.com/</a>. The sentiment is also from Emma's stamps. <br />
<br />
For the layout I used Emma's journal set stamp and die along with Lawn Fawn's polaroid die. I also used a few little SRM lady bug stickers and the stitched stickers too. <br />
<br />
The Happy Halloween was cut on the cricut. <br />
<br />
Hope you enjoy and Happy Scrappin' <br />

So a few weeks ago I saw a sneak peak on Facebook for these DARLING and I mean DARLING little princess theme laser cuts from Paper Wizard. Here is there website <a href="http://www.paperwiz.net/">www.paperwiz.net</a>. They are just the cutest!!! I know I know they really are meant for meeting a Mouse and her Princess' but I just couldn't resist buying these darlings and using them for a special project I had in mind. <br />
<br />
I recently came across their blog and found a fun little contest. We all know how I love and I mean a good contest. This one is to use the "Theme Park Kits" - well this is actually part of the theme park kits. So for more information go here: <a href="http://paperwizardscrapbookco.blogspot.com/2013/08/theme-park-challenge-begins-today.html?m=1">http://paperwizardscrapbookco.blogspot.com/2013/08/theme-park-challenge-begins-today.html?m=1</a>. <br />

The past 2 years I've been asked to make decorations for the Miss Downriver Princess party - which is actually part of the Miss America Organization. I made the center pieces, treat bags, name tags, and a banner welcoming the current Miss Michigan. After the Princess party I was honored to meet Miss Michigan 2012. She was just as sweet as she could be and I was able to have my photo with her which she then autographed the photo. I thought this was perfect for using the Princess cuts.<br />
<br />
This layout while new the photo is from last year. <br />
<br />
I did a pocket for hidden journaling - I didn't want to take away from the pretty Princess Title, and Carriage. <br />

I used Bazzill card stock. <br />
I also used Carta Bella Cool summer paper (brown/pink polka dots). <br />

<br />
So I love a good sketch and a fun challenge that goes along with it. Sometimes we just need a little boost in starting the design. Well I came across this fun sketch from The Paper Bakery and thought it would be perfect for the layout I wanted to make. I am using my papers from my DT kit at <a href="http://www.scrappychiclivonia.com/">www.scrappychiclivonia.com</a>. If your ever in SE MI Scrappy Chic is an awesome store. Lots of new stuff and great customer service!!! This sketch is perfect for having multiple photos. Allot of times (lately) I find myself just using a large photo and creating a layout. <br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEg6DoSZRFqyudkzuN_vrMePX-cpKKotVku0ncsWt__4Yq5R17ZwYh23iI2GeoIwaa_Jr9ogeGnkqW7TdDiRTEPYRm8ii7-dJhrPTbEP6_VlDcxB3REUs_9cGYRqLdHJrx2MVIWrq30hKYM/s1600/07+28+2013+035.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="531" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEg6DoSZRFqyudkzuN_vrMePX-cpKKotVku0ncsWt__4Yq5R17ZwYh23iI2GeoIwaa_Jr9ogeGnkqW7TdDiRTEPYRm8ii7-dJhrPTbEP6_VlDcxB3REUs_9cGYRqLdHJrx2MVIWrq30hKYM/s640/07+28+2013+035.JPG" width="640" /></a></div>
<br />
<br />
These papers were part of my July DT kit. The papers are from We R Memory keepers new paper line called Storytime. These papers are just so fun. The names come from good old story books. The papers I used were Hansel, Rapunzel, Gretel. I love the pretty little swirl graphics on the corners but when couldn't see them very well so in 2 of the corners I added a little glossy accents to make them pop. <br />
<br />
I used the sketch as a base and ch anged up the elements a little. The photos are of my daughter Genevieve. I have to admit at first I was a little disappointed in the QUICK photos I could get. She is at that age where she doesn't want to give a pretty smile or stand still. She wants to goof around, have a silly face or not look at the camera. So I had to be really quick but I think it's perfect. I'm sure all princess' have a BAD day every once in a while. (Teeheee). <br />
<br />
I will say my other addition is dies. I really do love My Favorite Things dies (among others). I mean I can't go into the scrapbook store w/o even looking at them. Normally I just buy one or 2 (shhh). This set is probably one of my favorite sets. It is Die-Namics (MFT) blueprint #5 set. The photo mats and flowers are from the blueprint #5 set, the fishtail banners also from MFT, and so are the mini pennants. I just love how they add so much to the layout. <br />
<br />
The title was made using my gypsy and welding the words together using the cartridge Baby Steps. <br />
<br />

So for my kit at <a href="http://www.scrappychiclivonia.com/">www.Scrappychiclivonia.com</a> I was given the cute Doodlebug line. I made a fun little layout with my daughter when she was just about 9 months old. I used Bazzill red card stock, blue card stock and the Doodlebug Stars/Stripes paper line. <br />
<br />
The letters are cut from the cricut machine using the Birthday Bash cartridge. <br />
<br />
I added a few little maya road canvas buttons. <br />

Hope you enjoy and <br />

<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
So this month for the DT at <a href="http://www.scrappychiclivonia.com/">http://www.scrappychiclivonia.com/</a> I was given some really fun camping papers from WE R Memory Keepers. So I wanted to make a few little layouts from this line. </div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
The paper line is called Happy Camper - and while I didn't get many photos of my daughter camping I did get some fun ones of her playing around in the RV when we went camping in October 2012. </div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
She climbed up on to the upper bunk and immediately claimed it to be her bed. The she wanted to peak out the windows and look around the RV she was just excited to be camping. </div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
I missed a photo of her eating her first smore but I'm sure she loved it (oh wait I know she loved it). But I didn't get a photo bummer. </div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
I used the Cricut Expression - Campin Critters cartridge to make this layout. I also used the label cut from Arts Philosophy to make the big label cut (which was cut in 1/2) and used on another layout. </div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
I followed a layout sketch idea from <a href="http://www.pagemaps.com/">www.pagemaps.com</a> and added several of my own twist. </div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
I also added white gel pen to the writing on the signs. I added stickles to the flames. </div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
The stitching is from the SRM stickers - stitched. It was pretty fun to make this and just laugh as how she was exploring the RV and just loving camping. </div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
Hope you enjoy and if your in the area of SE MI please stop in at Scrappy Chic. </div>

<br />
Over at <a href="http://www.pagemaps/">www.pagemaps</a> they are hosting lots of fun challenges and so I thought I'd join in since after all who doesn't love a great challenge and/or lots of fun ideas. While I want my layout to look exactly like the sketch I love to take the sketch and look at it and think how can I make it a little different yet keep similar elements. <br />
<br />
Recently I was trying to find 1 photo and came across these photos of the Statue of Liberty from our trip to NY when my husband graduated from college at NYIT. This was from 2005 and I realized I never really scrapbooked those photos. So I kept a few of the lady liberty ones and then I found this challenge and these seemed perfect for the paper and the challenge. <br />
<br />
The photos don't do the site justice. This is one of the most breathe taking sights I've ever seen. It was a cool and foggy morning when we went there. It was rainy and still foggy most of the day. I managed to get 2 photos almost of the same view - w/ the fog and a little w/o the fog. It was just stellar to see the Statue. <br />
<br />
We roamed around the grounds, and even went over to Ellis Island looking for hubby's family. Such a fun and memorable day. <br />
<br />
I hope you like my layout. I used Recollections - "Fabulous Girl" paper line and felt the look of the patina on the Statue matched perfectly w/ the paper in this collection. I wanted a pop of color so I added a little floral mat. The words were cut from the fun little sayings stripe. <br />
<br />
The rhinestone border is from Queen and Company. Scrappin with the bughttp://www.blogger.com/profile/04390109574035285405noreply@blogger.com1tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2342616906400550119.post-1459293540598361722013-05-24T09:51:00.001-04:002013-05-24T09:51:13.103-04:001.2.3.4 challenge <br />
<br />
<br />
So we all know I love a great challenge and even ones w/ Sketches. I love looking at sketches and recently found and fell in love with <a href="http://www.pagemaps.com/">http://www.pagemaps.com/</a> and the wonderful sketches on there. I have spent hours just looking at different sketches. Well this month they are turning 7 - so they are hosting a bunch of wonderful challenges. <br />
<br />
For this Challenge it was to use the follow sketch and the receipe. <br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjE2u0s9Yap2x78eN3ufRNX2x_mIdIefNiz5CyU2Mmksr1W0vS3Od_DWlEuF5Ha_afciRwkuaOZMuHy6PtHmBmxOdZaFb9VVxIfI-3cfhzXxZXHic-Xu8_DzTAkEvF0tAyIKTMGWterRM4/s1600/june13-5x7b.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="320" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjE2u0s9Yap2x78eN3ufRNX2x_mIdIefNiz5CyU2Mmksr1W0vS3Od_DWlEuF5Ha_afciRwkuaOZMuHy6PtHmBmxOdZaFb9VVxIfI-3cfhzXxZXHic-Xu8_DzTAkEvF0tAyIKTMGWterRM4/s320/june13-5x7b.jpg" width="228" /></a></div>
<div style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
The recipe was is here: </div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEi2HOzfWQtQNV-0NQ_fm6W2DeZpPKDudoYc6PowAQGCTHRT1fXqspFrWc5HwagusZVk6UBew9qC4-ayR2_eg80959jIlYC1ZMe4BnRqVXUOC6Gf8cM8RZW8J3LhggO03ej1lGI6LqOG-sk/s1600/julie_challenge_icon.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="233" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEi2HOzfWQtQNV-0NQ_fm6W2DeZpPKDudoYc6PowAQGCTHRT1fXqspFrWc5HwagusZVk6UBew9qC4-ayR2_eg80959jIlYC1ZMe4BnRqVXUOC6Gf8cM8RZW8J3LhggO03ej1lGI6LqOG-sk/s320/julie_challenge_icon.jpg" width="320" /></a></div>
I actually had a few scraps left just sitting on my craft area and they were the perfect colors. The paper is from Webster's pages - and is the Modern Romance line. It is some really fun blue, red, pinks and lots of fun patterns. The red paper is patterned paper from All the reason why, and the Pink paper is also a patterned paper from Weekend getaway. <br />
<br />
The cloudes and hot air balloon is a die/stamp set from <a href="http://www.creativetimeforme.com/">http://www.creativetimeforme.com/</a>. It is the Fly away with me stamp set and die. These are so fun and I've wanted them for a long time. When Emma put them on sale a few days ago for her birthday celebration I had to get them. I cut out the clouds from the die on Bazzill blue/green paper. I wanted the clouds to be a more blue so I inked them with irridesent sky blue ink. They actually have a fun little shimmer. <br />
<br />
For the balloon I paper pieced them the papers. I stamped it on white and then stamped on the blue, red, and pink papers. I cut them out and pieced it on to the white paper. <br />
<br />
For the brad I added it to the top of the air balloon <br />
<br />
The green is the grass cut w/ the MS drippy goo punch. <br />
<br />
So the recipe goes: <br />
1 brad/button - small flower brad on top of the balloon <br />
2 patterened paper - red and pink on the balloon (hard to see the red hearts but they are there) <br />
3 layers - I layered the grass, then the clouds are another layer, and the balloon a 3rd layer. <br />
4 colors - used <br />
<br />
I alway love to look at the sketch and see how I can make the similar elements. If you notice it has 3 sections just like on the card. It has a large element in the middle and mine is the balloon. Then has the sentiment on the front mine is Follow your dreams. I thought it was perfect for this card. <br />
<br />
I added an action wobble to the back of the balloon and it just floats away. <br />
<br />
<br />

So this weeks challenge over at <a href="http://www.creativetimeforme.com/2013/05/designer-challenge-thursday-critter.html">http://www.creativetimeforme.com/</a> was to create a set of 3x3 cards. The true requirement was simply to make a set of 4, 3x3 cards. <br />
<br />
I know teacher appreciation is this week so I wanted to make a fun and colorful set of cards for my daughter's teachers. If you haven't taken the time to thank the Teachers in your life, please do so. It would mean allot to them (I'm sure). Shhhh don't tell her teachers but they are going to get a wonderful boutique of cookies on Friday from a local bakery. <br />
<br />
I took the inspiration from <a href="http://www.obsessedwithscrapbooking.com/2013/05/make-quick-mothers-day-card.html">http://www.obsessedwithscrapbooking.com/2013/05/make-quick-mothers-day-card.html</a> as the card she made the other day was just gorgeous. OH and I totally forgot I had this cartridge. <br />
<br />
I also made a larger card for my mommy for mothers day using the same colors, but shhhh again don't tell her. :) <br />
<br />
I used the Cricut imagine and Lori's Garden for the pattern papers. <br />
I cut the flower on this card at 2.5" which bearly fits a 3x3 card. <br />
<br />
I stamped the cards with Small Talk stamp set from Emma. I think it's so fun using the 3x3 stamp w/ the dots and the sentiment. I really wanted the THANKS to pop out so I used the black memento ink. The pink dots are rosebud ink. <br />
<br />
I plan on making little envelopes but am running out of time right now I"ll make them in a while. :) <br />
I added a pretty little lime button and some lime twine. <br />
<br />
For 2 of them I just popped them up using foam dots, the other 2 I used an action wobble to make the flower float. <br />
<br />
I think they turned out so pretty and can't wait for my daughter to give them to her teachers. <br />
<br />
Hope you enjoy and<br />
<br />
Happy Scrappin' Scrappin with the bughttp://www.blogger.com/profile/04390109574035285405noreply@blogger.com7tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2342616906400550119.post-61991187985524503152013-05-05T10:30:00.000-04:002013-05-05T14:24:30.622-04:00Cricutville Online National Scrapbook day(s)...Come color with me... Let me start off by saying Welcome to National Scrapbook Day (or in this case Weekend). Thanks to Sis and Sara for asking me to be apart of this fun filled weekend. <br />
<br />
Today I have a fun color challenge for you. Sometimes I find it really hard to do a color challenge because it may not be my colors I normally love to use. Well the tables are turned and today I am picking the colors for you to use. <br />
<br />
A few months back my girl friends and I signed up for the Mega Meet in Novi, MI. which is a huge scrapbook show. We all wanted to make T-shirts so I offered to make them. Let me tell you I LOVE working with vinyl, but the Iron on Vinyl scared me!!!! Not sure why but it did - maybe because it is a little pricey and I only have 1 week left before the show and 1 piece of each color??<br />
<br />
So without further a do here is your color challenge: Make a project using the following colors: <br />
- Yellow (maize), Pink (fuchsia), Blue (sky) Green (apple), Purple, and Hibiscus (salmon/orange). <br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEiVhpL4RBLRSRKYgVkqR4Hk37wNtaU6LXdx4agYg5nsYyiAabNCsocgTTpr3nhDa9QmxIE3RSHkvUdVMkb7GHpNWuPanlcOdf4DMnO-4Zga7q5m3veDOCAB5zleWoKgAUFpmQ3NBkPutxs/s1600/05+02+2013+041.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="360" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEiVhpL4RBLRSRKYgVkqR4Hk37wNtaU6LXdx4agYg5nsYyiAabNCsocgTTpr3nhDa9QmxIE3RSHkvUdVMkb7GHpNWuPanlcOdf4DMnO-4Zga7q5m3veDOCAB5zleWoKgAUFpmQ3NBkPutxs/s400/05+02+2013+041.JPG" width="400" /></a></div>
<br />
You have until May 12th at 8:00 PM to make your creation and post on the Cricut Message board. Oh and because this is a fun weekend wouldn't it be great to have a fun little prize??? I will be giving away a prize to random participant. <br />
<br />
Here is a little of how to make T-shirts w/ Iron on Vinyl. I bought the iron on vinyl - from <a href="http://www.justforcrafters.com/store/pc/home.asp">http://www.justforcrafters.com/store/pc/home.asp</a> and it is the Siser Easy Weed Iron on vinyl. <br />
<br />
1) Select your design for this I like to use CCR - and great different tabs for each color I'm working with. <br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgkmzAVEFhT52_tiu8c68h-ujYjV1YKRG0AooZQdpTU2_weLJSrRgtW-oBLm9WKuT6Y_E_ad86CIo1ntZdYcsaq21EvsygLvIuZwZztmPVR2vAkC3Od9pfvlLh7ntxI0c9QFsnb6c1rd4E/s1600/New+Picture.bmp" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="241" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgkmzAVEFhT52_tiu8c68h-ujYjV1YKRG0AooZQdpTU2_weLJSrRgtW-oBLm9WKuT6Y_E_ad86CIo1ntZdYcsaq21EvsygLvIuZwZztmPVR2vAkC3Od9pfvlLh7ntxI0c9QFsnb6c1rd4E/s400/New+Picture.bmp" width="400" /></a></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
I type my words correctly then highlight them all and "flip" them see below </div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
2) Make sure you "flip" the image you want - especially for words. </div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEij_RL6rRuBSi7WfUqlUKOIDk1MyQhFvCJpnLLjgZsS7Oal0N7_jg5KJoVP2QDcQXOMVGzj3fRKZ9Ot0CRZoIYu7At6QUrBUbTNhOQwEfa6wr5o0hh-K3Q5K7Sa_aBa7dsU8AFJc0SdI3E/s1600/05+02+2013+017.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="75" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEij_RL6rRuBSi7WfUqlUKOIDk1MyQhFvCJpnLLjgZsS7Oal0N7_jg5KJoVP2QDcQXOMVGzj3fRKZ9Ot0CRZoIYu7At6QUrBUbTNhOQwEfa6wr5o0hh-K3Q5K7Sa_aBa7dsU8AFJc0SdI3E/s320/05+02+2013+017.JPG" width="320" /></a></div>
<br />
3) Cut your images leaving the protective film on it. For the Sisser Easy Weed iron on vinyl - you will put the glossy side to the mat (that is the protective film). Use a Kiss cut also - for that my speed was medium, pressure was 3, and blade 3. <br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEg8p3717NFtdSRHOvcdkzakKbP_nFayjQApMAyDLg9mLfgBbRMEIsbOGscmaEpGOve_1HSKt79gmT7qe-qLnbMwqL_FFoZJu0GFWnPJNgSiMrWauqX9rBIFBPl5lnVV_nu0sId6rRbJwqk/s1600/05+02+2013+022.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="224" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEg8p3717NFtdSRHOvcdkzakKbP_nFayjQApMAyDLg9mLfgBbRMEIsbOGscmaEpGOve_1HSKt79gmT7qe-qLnbMwqL_FFoZJu0GFWnPJNgSiMrWauqX9rBIFBPl5lnVV_nu0sId6rRbJwqk/s320/05+02+2013+022.JPG" width="320" /></a></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgXcziFWFJC7QpvpfSXb0EnMDYjdBUAEMbsecSW8kNw304txmi_zJAm-SrGzSJceQ8uV-v2WX_FPTMc9w05YnpncK7z-S6BzqhkNt-hOfhSF5JHx_S0yWiybj2hFwsVEx-R7iT5kRbXto4/s1600/05+02+2013+018.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="132" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgXcziFWFJC7QpvpfSXb0EnMDYjdBUAEMbsecSW8kNw304txmi_zJAm-SrGzSJceQ8uV-v2WX_FPTMc9w05YnpncK7z-S6BzqhkNt-hOfhSF5JHx_S0yWiybj2hFwsVEx-R7iT5kRbXto4/s320/05+02+2013+018.JPG" width="320" /></a></div>
4) Weed the negative parts. (Here's a saving tip - use a really pointy tip objects like your Cricut Tool kit pick and pull away from the image). <br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhVahXSbpS_Eard_CS3BG9BuotobGC4Krbu9DH07ml11oV0d4lXBWk2lawsdZq7FGYbYUrDCcFPvOTfeakXcV55igLxAw40iJWTNGfEakPxYOu6-ZNz4Sb_cJtFF7Oe8-wtokERZban9iU/s1600/05+02+2013+019.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="240" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhVahXSbpS_Eard_CS3BG9BuotobGC4Krbu9DH07ml11oV0d4lXBWk2lawsdZq7FGYbYUrDCcFPvOTfeakXcV55igLxAw40iJWTNGfEakPxYOu6-ZNz4Sb_cJtFF7Oe8-wtokERZban9iU/s320/05+02+2013+019.JPG" width="320" /></a></div>
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhc3gkNGqmrt-AcUyvJcFLgjtWkz6H8PmIEizvDSWwzkuCbnJGsc7tABqmYPy51Ld0qYDYUNqYS9pEfF8f7cyek5AhKYL_9go_p8i2TKyxyV9o6pieNND1VMHa_8S7urooDa64PqizgL2s/s1600/05+02+2013+020.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="274" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhc3gkNGqmrt-AcUyvJcFLgjtWkz6H8PmIEizvDSWwzkuCbnJGsc7tABqmYPy51Ld0qYDYUNqYS9pEfF8f7cyek5AhKYL_9go_p8i2TKyxyV9o6pieNND1VMHa_8S7urooDa64PqizgL2s/s320/05+02+2013+020.JPG" width="320" /></a></div>
<br />
Then for this product you will use a normal house hold iron.<br />
I set my iron to preheat at cotton. I walked away and let it warm up. Then iron the shirt w/o any thing on it.<br />
Then lay the 1st piece in this case it was the fuschia color. <br />
I then added the words to the center of that area. When working with an item you've already put the vinyl on you will want to protect it. So keep that large piece of film you took off from the base piece. <br />
Then I continued putting each piece down - pressing the iron for about 15 seconds (DON'T RUB IT OVER IT PRESS AND HOLD THEN MOVE TO NEXT SPOT overlapping slightly to the previous). Peel the protective fill off - this one is either hot or cold peel. <br />
If you are layering items I found it best to only let the first layer press for 15 seconds - then add the 2nd layer and do the full 20 seconds there. <br />
<br />
